Powerboss Integra is a dynamic motor controller that reshapes the power triangle to deliver the actual power needed at each load requirement and saves the rest. The Powerboss Integra (PBI) optimizes voltage according to load, reducing iron and copper losses and current usage (less heat).

The Powerboss Integra is an intelligent motor controller that will produce a more efficient, smoother, and quieter motor. Guaranteed increased life and reduced maintenance cost. Integra is used as a soft started that helps the motor accelerate smoothly with a decreased starting current. It works more efficiently than any other traditional method and optimizes the torque during its operation. Integra has a phase failure protection.

Applications: PBI is used for any AC induction motor running at a fixed speed. It provides considerable savings for a variable duty cycle.

The PBI can be a potentially viable product for hydraulics, water and slurry pumps, injection molding machines, press machines, crushers, conveyors, compressors, etc.

Variable Frequency Drives is a device used in a drive system consisting of an AC motor, main driver controller assembly, and driver operator interface.


VFD is a type of adjustable-speed drive used in electro-mechanical drive systems to control AC motor speed and torque by varying motor input frequency and voltage. VFDs are used in applications ranging from the smallest to the largest appliances. It is regulate the speed and rotational force, or torque output, of an electric motor. Motors are used for various machines such as mixers, crushers, chillers, pumps, compressors, etc. Motors that are controlled by a valve that regulates the flow of fuel or a vane that controls the airflow are insufficiently from an energy perspective. One of the main reasons why drives save energy is because they can change the speed of an electrical motor by controlling the power that is fed into the machine.
